HIIT Workout At Home For Seniors (With Stretching Exercises) | Livestream Class

Today’s Livestream is a HIIT workout, High Intensity Interval Training fun!

We will start standing with our HIIT, then do some seated HIIT, with a great stretch at the end.

Remember all can be modified to stay seated. You will need a chair and your water with option of light dumbbells or water bottles to bring up the intensity.
