HIIT workouts are a great way to incorporate cardiovascular training and resistance training into one effective routine. If you don’t have any weights you can still perform this workout and benefit for the movements and intensity. To finish we follow up with some great exercises to strengthen and tone your abs/core.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. remember to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
