HIIT Cardio Workout For Seniors Using Light Weights | Livestream Class

This month’s workout will be our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with light dumbbells/wrist weights workout, with upper and lower body moves being done simultaneously to help strengthen our brain health.

We will start with a short standing warm-up and remain standing to start our HIIT workout, holding our optional light dumbbells. We’ll then transition to seated to do more HIIT exercises,core, and our great stretch.

To join us you will need a chair, your water, and optional light dumbbells or wrist weights. Remember all can be modified to seated. If you do not have dumbbells or wrist weights, you can use water bottles, soup cans, or just do range of motion with no equipment.
