Kyphosis or hunchback affects many people and can hinder movement as we age. Having bad posture also contributes to problems later on in life but thankfully there are daily stretching and exercise routines that can help improve our mobility. The stretches in this exercise video are meant to help relieve and loosen problem areas caused by kyphosis and can help with returning mobility if done on a regular basis.
As always, only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort. Remember to keep your water close by and take breaks whenever you need to.
