In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow gluteal workout perfect for beginners or anyone looking to get a great workout in focusing on the gluteal area of the body. This is a laying down exercise and can be done in the comfort of your bed or on the floor.

Gluteal workouts are great for strengthening and toning muscles that don’t usually get used as much as other parts of the body. Gluteal muscles contribute to a lot of the activities we partake in everyday like walking, sitting and core stability movements.

Make sure to keep proper form when doing this exercise and only do movements that you are comfortable with. Never force anything that may cause pain or discomfort and remember to keep your water close by.
