Glutes And Lower Body Workout For Seniors | Intermediate Level | 20 Min

In this workout video Meredith is taking you through an intermediate level, glutes and lower body strengthening and toning workout.

This routine is designed to specifically target the muscles that make up your gluteal muscles, hips, upper leg region. Using some weights (dumbbells), looped resistance bands and a sturdy chair, this workout will focus on strengthening and toning.

This is an intermediate level workout and will require a mostly standing position while also balancing. As a reminder, only do moves that you feel comfortable with and never force anything that gives you discomfort or pain.

Make sure you use a sturdy chair or wall for balance and always keep your water close by.
