In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, all seated gentle workout using a regular air ball or playground ball.

This is a beginner level video and can be done anywhere in the comfort of your own home. This exercise emphasizes your range of motion and is gentle on your joints and muscles. Having good range of motion is important as we use it everyday from putting dishes away, brushing our teeth to even driving and walking.

This workout uses a simple air ball that can be purchased at any department store however, you can also substitute the ball with a small pillow. You will still benefit from the movements in this video regardless of whether you use the ball or a pillow.

Remember to only do movements that you feel comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep you water close by and have a great workout!
