Fun & Energizing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Workout For Seniors | Livestream Class

This Livestream will be a HIIT/High Intensity Interval Training Workout!

We will start with a short standing cardio warm-up, followed by some HIIT work using light wrist weights. We will then sit for more HIIT and core abdominal work, ending with a great seated stretch.

You will need your light weights/wrist weights(if you choose to use), a chair, and your water. Remember all can be modified to seated.
