Today’s Livestream will be a HIIT workout!

We will start standing for our warm-up, then get into our High Intensity Interval Training workout!

We will then sit for more HIIT work, core work, and a great stretch. You will need a chair, optional light dumbbells, and your water.

Remember all can be modified to seated.
