In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body standing cardio workout (no equipment needed) with seated core/abs work and seated stretches to end.

This is a beginner level workout that uses easy to follow movements for the cardio portion and can be done by most levels of fitness. You can also modify all movements to the seated position if that is easier for you. For the core portion, Meredith guides you through basic seated core movements designed to build up strength and stability in your abdomen and lower back with relaxing seated stretches end this enriched workout.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and always take breaks when you need to.
