In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, full body standing workout without the need for any extra equipment.
This workout involves strengthening and toning your upper, mid and lower body from a standing position without using any equipment which makes this easy to do right at home with just a little bit of space around you to move. Full body exercises are always a great choice to mix in with your weekly workouts on a regular basis. They focus on building strength, flexibility and mobility in all areas of the body which helps gives us the ability to easily move through the tasks of our day.
This routine is from the standing position so make sure you are comfortable with doing this type of exercise. This is an intermediate level workout and we recommend previewing this before attempting the complete routine. Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.
Remember to take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
