This month’s workout is a Full Body Standing and Seated Dumbbells Workout, to help build our bone strength.

We’ll start with a short standing cardio warm-up then sit to start our dumbbell workout. We will then transition to standing for more dumbbells work. To finish, we’ll transition back to the seated position for a great stretch!

Remember all can be modified to seated. You will need your dumbbells, chair, and water. If you do not have dumbbells, you can use water bottles, soup cans, or just do range of motion with no equipment.
