In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body, seated strength workout using dumbbells for added resistance.
Seated workouts are a great way to exercise in a safe and secured position. They are especially useful for those who may have limited mobility, hip, leg or lower body limitations. For this workout, we are using lightweight dumbbells for resistance but always be sure to use weight sizes that you are comfortable with. This is an intermediate level routine so be sure to preview this video in full if you are unsure of your fitness level.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always keep your water close by.
