This week we will be doing a workout using a single dumbbell.
We will start with a cardio warm-up, then do a full body standing and seated single dumbbell session!
Remember all can be modified to stay seated and just do range of motion.
You will need a single dumbbell(or piece of resistance like a water bottle or can of soup, or even your air ball), a chair, and your water.
