Full Body Resistance Workout Class For Seniors With Playground Ball Or Pillow | Livestream


This week we will be doing an air ball/playground ball workout.

We will start with a cardio warm-up, then do a full body standing and seated air ball session!

Remember all can be modified to stay seated and just do range of motion.

You will need an air ball/playground ball(or small pillow), a chair, and your water.
