This month’s Livestream is a Resistance Bands Workout.
We will start with a short standing warm-up. We will sit to start with the upper and lower body bands. We’ll then transition to standing, to continue our bands work. We will transition back to seated to complete our workout, and stretch.
To participate in this live stream class you will need your chair, bands(long and circle), and water.
Remember all can be modified to seated and just range of motion.
