In this exercise class Meredith will be leading you through a full body strengthening and toning routine using resistance bands!
Be sure to check our recommended equipment page to see our choices of resistance bands or you can always follow along without bands and still benefit from the range of motion.
Resistance bands are a great way to add resistance to your workout routines in a safe manner. They help build strength, toning and flexibility to just about any body part you work on. This class is a full body session so we will be working all major muscle groups. You can also modify any movements as seated as well at anytime.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to keep your water close by and have a great workout!
