Resistance bands are a great way to build strength and flexibility. They are also very compact and easy to use! They provide a very easy way to add resistance to any type of exercise no matter beginner, intermediate or advanced. They come in many different weight sizes so make sure you choose a band that you feel comfortable with.
This is an all seated routine working your whole body from your upper body, core and lower body. If you don’t have resistance bands you can always still benefit from this workout by following along utilizing the range of motion.
