In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced, full body workout using dumbbells for added resistance and optional ankle weights.

Using light weight dumbbells to add resistance to your exercise is a great way to build strength and balance. The addition of ankle weights also is an added challenge and can help build up your lower body as well. (See our recommend equipment selection here) This exercise incorporates both standing and seated movements set to timed periods of work and rest. 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest in between.

This is and advanced routine so be sure to preview the workout before beginning. Also be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take water breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
