Full Body Blast HIIT Workout For Seniors with Optional Wrist Weights or Dumbbells | Livestream Class

This month’s Livestream is a Full Body Blast! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using *optional* wrist weights.

We will start with a short cardio warm-up, then use our light wrist weights to do our standing portion of our cardio HIIT workout.

We will then sit and continue to do our HIIT workout and finish with a great, relaxing stretch!

You will need your sturdy comfortable chair, wrist weights or very light dumbbells, and your water.
