“Full Body Blast!” HIIT Workout For Seniors Using Lightweight Dumbbells | Livestream Class

This month’s livestream workout class is a “Full Body Blast” HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout using optional light dumbbells, to get our heart rates up and strong!

We will start with a quick warm-up and stay standing for our Full Body Blast workout doing movements for a short burst of time to get our heart rates up, followed by a quick recovery to bring it down slightly.

We’ll then transition to seated to continue our workout and end with our amazing stretch. To join us, you’ll need optional light dumbbells or wrist weights, sturdy chair, and water.

Remember all can be modified to seated. If you do not have dumbbells or wrist weights, you can use water bottles, soup cans, or just do range of motion with no equipment.
