We are constantly on our feet everyday from walking, running, jogging to going up and down stairs. We rarely think of the use we get out of our feet until we start to have pain. Foot pain and lack of mobility in your feet and ankles can definitely cause problems especially if you are used to an active lifestyle.
Luckily, there are things we can do to help curb pain, keep our feet healthy and ready to go each day. In this video Meredith is going through some simple stretches and exercises both sitting and standing that you can do at home to help keep your feet in tip top shape no matter how active you may be.
Doing simple daily stretches and taking care of your feet can go a long way. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort.
