Fat Burning Cardio, Balance, & Ab Workout For Seniors | Livestream Class


Today’s Livestream will be a Cardio, Balance, & Ab Workout! We will start with a standing cardio workout and then follow up with standing balance exercises. We will then sit to do ab and core work, all ending with a great stretch!

You will need a chair and your water. Remember all can be modified to seated.
