This month’s livestream workout class is a standing balance workout to remind us of how important it is to practice balance exercises to prevent falls.
We will start with a standing balance routine to keep us strong and steady on our feet. We’ll then transition to the seated position for our core exercises and stretch.
To join us, all you will need is a sturdy chair and your water and remember that all can be modified to seated as well.
