This Livestream is an Osteoporosis Exercises:Resistance Bands Strength Training and Cardio Workout!
We will start with a low-impact standing cardio workout, then sit to do our full body resistance bands workout. All followed by our wonderful seated stretch.
You will need your sturdy comfortable chair, resistance band, and your water. Remember all can be modified to seated, and doing range of motion without the band.
