Regular exercise is a great way to stay mobile, healthy and ready for your daily challenges. This exercise incorporates the best of strength training using bodyweight, cardio movements, core strength and staying loose and flexible. The movements are simple, safe and can be completed by most levels of fitness.
Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Make sure to take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
