Our “Everyday Routine” series videos are exercises that are deemed safe enough for you to perform on a daily basis without over taxing your body. For this exercise, you will be doing light posture stretches in the seated position which are perfect for all levels of fitness. Maintaining good posture is key to stability and comfortability when moving through space especially as you age.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always go at your own pace.
