Join us for our Livestream class featuring a Dumbbell Strength Training Workout!
We will start with a cardio workout for about 20 minutes. We will then sit to start our dumbbell strength training workout, transitioning to standing to continue. We will then sit back in our sturdy comfortable chairs to do an amazing stretch to end our workout!
You will need dumbbells (substitute using water bottles, etc), a chair, and your water.
Remember all can be modified to stay seated.
