This Livestream is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout with light dumbbells.
We will start with a short standing warm-up, then stay standing to start our HIIT workout using our *optional light dumbbells.
We’ll then transition to seated to do more HIIT exercises, and finish with a great stretch.
You will need a comfortable chair, your water, and optional light dumbbells or wrist weights. Remember all can be modified to seated and just range of motion with no equipment.
