Energizing Bodyweight Only Workout For Seniors (No Equipment) | Livestream Class


This Livestream will be bodyweight only work!

We will start with our cardio warm-up, followed by standing work. We will then sit for more lower body, upper body, and core body weight work.

All followed by a seated stretch! You will need your chair and water.

Remember all can be modified to seated.
