In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow seated stretching routine using a stretching strap.
This is a beginner level workout and is meant to introduce you to using the stretching strap properly as an assistive stretching device. This is a full body stretch utilizing movements to workout your upper body, core and lower body. Also as a seated workout, you’ll be taking any strain off of your back, legs and core to get a comfortable stretch in.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Always keep your water close by and have a great stretch!
