This cardio & core workout will target the all-concerning belly fat! Doing cardio to zap the fat, then the core movements to build the muscles in the abdominals!
In this workout we will run it like a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout-2 minutes of work, 15 seconds break-2minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of core, so on and so on.
It is considered an Advanced workout because it is standing cardio and floor work core. Of course, the cardio can be modified to seated, and the core can be done laying on a bed or a couch.
