HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are great for putting your cardiovascular system to work. Combining boxing and kickboxing movements in with interval training is another great way to reap benefits from a cardio workout, build stability and mobility as well!
The movements in this video utilize your whole body including upper and lower muscles as well as your core. Shadow boxing is not only good for your body but so much fun! This is an intermediate level workout so all movements are standing and requires focus on balance. Please be sure to check the preview before beginning your workout.
Always remember to only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you pain or discomfort. Remember to take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
