40 Min Beginner Seated Resistance Workout At Home For Seniors | Full Body Exercises


In this video, we are focusing on a great full-body seated resistance workout perfect for anyone looking to get a good workout in the comfort of their own home!

This is a beginner level low impact workout and uses a few pieces of equipment including a playground ball and some hand dumbbells. If you don’t have these items, you can easily substitute them with some water bottles or cans of soup for weights and/or a pillow for a playground ball.

You can also do this workout without any equipment as well and still get your “range of motion” work in. Either way, you’ll be benefiting from these movements.

This is one of our longer workouts which includes stretching exercises to warm up and cool down stretches in the end with a few water breaks in between. 

As always only do what movements feel good for you and never force anything that may cause you pain or discomfort. Remember to drink lots of water as you go and work at your own pace.
