Low impact cardio routines are one of our favorite types of exercises. They are designed to maximize working your cardiovascular system all while keeping you safe and injury free. They can be done in just about anywhere and are appropriate for all levels of fitness when done correctly.
This routine is all standing but can be easily modified to seated as well. Remember to only go at your speed and take breaks when you need to. Make sure to keep your water close by and have a great workout!
