Low impact style cardio workouts are great to get your heart rate up in a safe manner. Don’t let the “low impact” name fool you though, this workout is designed to give you the best benefits you’ll need to keep the blood flowing and the heart pumping.

The benefits of being able to workout at home are many. You don’t need a lot of space for this workout and there is no equipment needed. Not only is this workout great for the body but Meredith also challenges your mind to make sure we all stay sharp, focused and listening to our bodies as well.

This is a beginner routine but as always, only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that gives you pain or discomfort. There is always room to modify your movements if you find you have limitations and that is perfectly ok!

Remember to drink lots of water, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
