This is another workout from our “Basics” series which focuses on beginner level, fundamental movements. Making sure you have a base understanding of how to build strength and balance for your level of fitness is important. Balance is the core of everything we do from regular exercise, walking, going up and down stairs to carrying groceries.
Making sure we are as stable as possible for daily activities will help us avoid injury and will promote better longevity.
This is a beginner level routine but make sure you only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause you any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great balance workout!
