In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a seated and standing balance enhancing workout designed to help build strength and stability in your full body.
Your balance is an important part of keeping you stable throughout the day. Many common activities like carrying groceries, getting in and out of a chair or walking up stairs all require us to maintain balance without even knowing it. In this routine, Meredith is guiding you through easy to follow movements in both the seated and standing positions which will challenge your stabilizer muscles and help build strength which contributes to better stability.
This is an intermediate level workout so be sure to preview before attempting it in full. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
