Isolating arms and upper areas of your body in your workouts can have many benefits, one being that you can focus on these certain areas better and take time to give them the necessary care and attention. Shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands are so important to our everyday lives and when they are not functioning properly it can limit our daily activities.
This routine focuses on movement, range of motion, loosening of the muscles and all around relaxation for your arms and upper body.
Remember to only do movements that feel comfortable for you and never cause you pain or discomfort.
