In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow seated stretching routine to help alleviate pain in shoulder dysfunction as well as build strength.

Shoulder pain and dysfunction is very common for many people especially as we age. Our should bare the burden of a lot of work over the years and can easily become worn down. This can cause pain which limits our abilities to do common, everyday tasks.

Making sure we do what we can to help strengthen the muscles around our shoulders and keep them flexible is important for long term use and mobility. This seated exercise will help both build strength and keep the muscles agile and flexible if done on a regular basis.

Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Exercise at your own pace and drink lots of water when needed.

Have a great workout!
