In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced resistance workout using dumbbells. This routine is designed to work your whole body and will utilize exercises in both standing and floor positions.
For this routine Meredith is using dumbbells but you can also substitute using any kind of resistance that you have at home. You can also do this exercise without weights and benefit for the range of motion as well.
This is an advanced workout that incorporates both standing and laying on the ground or raised surface like a bed etc. Only do these movements if you feel comfortable with these types of workouts or can substitute accordingly. This is designed to work your whole body with both strengthening and toning all over!
Remember to keep your water close by and take breaks whenever you need to.
