In this workout video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced level full body workout incorporating optional ankle weights, dumbbells and/or wrist weights.
This workout also includes an energizing ab portion without having to transition to the floor as well. The ab routine is a seated workout making it easier on your lower back and movements that can cause problems when transitioning to the floor. (Knees, joints etc)
This is a longer advanced workout (45 min) so make sure you preview movements before attempting the full routine. Be sure to keep your water close by and only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort.
