In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a challenging yet fun advanced kettlebell or dumbbell workout!
Using a kettlebell in your workouts can be a great way to add resistance to your training however they aren’t always as available as a a dumbbell. Fortunately you can still do very similar moves using a dumbbell that you would using a kettlebell.
For this workout, Meredith is using both items and going through a full body routine designed to both build strength, balance and raise your heart rate up for a great cardio session as well. This workout also features moves on the floor using your kettlebell or dumbbell so be sure to preview these moves before you begin.
This is an advanced routine so only do movements that you are comfortable with. If you do decide to try this workout, we encourage you to modify any moves that you feel may be better for your level of fitness. Remember to also keep your water close by and/or a chair for stability if you need it.
