In this exercise video Meredith is taking you through an advanced level, interval kettlebell workout.
Kettlebells are a great tool to use for getting a full body workout in. They come in many sizes and weights and provide an alternative to the traditional style barbell or dumbbell style weight. However if you do not have a kettlebell, you can still use a dumbbell for this workout or you may also just do range of motion using no weights at all.
This is an advanced workout and it is recommended that you preview the workout before giving it a try. There are movements that you can modify if you feel you need to.
This is a timed workout using a “work on and work off” interval style pattern which is great for building up your cardiovascular system. Meredith will guide you through each set of routines as well as let you know when to “work” and when to “rest”.
Remember to always keep a chair or wall close by in case you need to use it for extra balance and stability as well as taking water breaks when you need to. Remember to only do moves that you feel comfortable with and never force movements that cause you pain or discomfort.
