Having a strong core / abdominal area is important not just in exercising but in use everyday. Your core is what makes up your stability which we use in walking, sitting, carrying objects like groceries, walking up stairs etc. our core is the basis for which we build our abilities upon.
This session is an advanced/intermediate level workout which incorporates movements on the floor. The movements here are designed to work all areas of our core section that you can repeat a few times a week. Remember to preview these moves first before trying the full workout if you are not used to floor work.
Remember to keep water close by, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
