In this this video Meredith is taking you through an advanced level HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and cardio routine alternating seated core and abs movements.
HIIT exercises are great for building up your cardiovascular system by incorporating a timer and interval style movements. With 45 seconds “on” or work with 15 seconds of rest, this HIIT routine is sure to get your heart rate up and get you moving.
Also in this workout are alternating sessions of seated core and abs movements also timed in an interval fashion an designed to help strengthen your core area.
Combining the best of a strong HIIT routine with some great seated abs exercises, this workout is meant to give you a full body experience. As per all of our workouts, only do what you feel comfortable with and never force a movement that gives you discomfort.
