Advanced Body Weight Workout For Seniors | 35 Min


In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an advanced full body workout using only your body weight.

Body weight exercises are a great way to get a good workout in without the need of having weights or any kind of equipment. Sometimes we may find ourselves in a situation where we we may not be at the gym or at home (vacations, trips etc.) but that doesn’t mean we can’t get a great workout in!

For this advanced workout, you’ll be working both upper and lower body as well as your core. This will take you through both standing and lying on the floor positions so make sure you are comfortable with exercising in both positions. For laying down you can always lay on a bed or raised surface for added support. You can also modify any of the movements here to accommodate your level of fitness.

Remember this is an Advanced Level workout so only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Remember to keep lots of water close by and have a great workout!
