Seated exercises are perfect for all levels of fitness as they ease tension on your lower body muscles and joints. Anyone can perform these stretches and they can be tailored to your own range of motion. This workout, as mentioned is part of our Everyday series which means they are safe to perform on a daily basis.

Be sure to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and always have your water close by.
