Full Body Resistance Bands Workout For Seniors And Beginners | Livestream Class

This month’s workout is a full body resistance bands workout, bringing awareness to our overall health and wellness.

We will start with a short standing warm-up and then sit to start with the upper and lower body bands. We’ll then transition to standing position, to continue our bands work. We’ll then transition back to seated to complete our workout, and stretch.

To join us all you will need is your sturdy chair, resistance bands(long and circle), and water.

Remember all can be modified to seated and just range of motion.
