In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow seated back stretch routine to help relieve back pain and stiffness.

Regular stretching is an important part of staying active and mobile especially as you age. Focusing on your back is also important as we use our backs everyday in just about all activities. This is a seated routine which is very accessible to all levels of fitness and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

Be sure to only do moves that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Remember to keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
